Warranty Validation

International warranty

The international warranty is valid for 2 years from its date of purchase against any defect in workmanship.

Warranty terms and conditions

  1. Presentation of the international card of warranty along with the watch in the authorized Service Center.

  2. The international warranty card must be stamped and dated by the authorized retailer at the time of purchase. The watch reference and the serial number of the watch must be clearly mentioned on the warranty card clearly with no corrections in it.

  3. The warranty is considered null and void in case of purchase of the product from a non authorized retailer or through net shop.

  4. Please make sure that the retailer you are addressing is an authorized retailer before purchasing.

  5. The serial number engraved on the watch case must be clearly visible, and no part of the underside of the original case or the original number must be missing or modified, falsified, altered, replaced, erased.

Failure to respect the above conditions renders all rights resulting from the international warranty null and void.

Your watch is accompanied by a booklet that provides recommendations for the proper use and maintenance of your watch. Please read them carefully as the warranty will become invalid in the event of incorrect use or treatment. Damage resulting from service provided elsewhere than at the authorized Service Center, is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture that might have entered the watch as a result of improper handling, nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of misuse or abuse. Damages to the bracelet, leather strap or crystal are not cover by the guarantee.
The battery is covered by the guarantee.
To ensure the quality of the After-Sales-Services we recommend that you only address the authorized Service Center or the authorized retailer network.

The authorized retailers can handle the procedure of shipping the watch to the authorized Service Center and then back to you.

The authorized Service Center provides 1 year warranty for works operations on your watch, such as complete service or water resistance test and you have to present your card in case that a problem occurs to your watch during that time.
